1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DoneWorks website (doneworks.ai) and services. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
DoneWorks provides AI-powered business systems and services for small and medium businesses, including websites, AI receptionists, CRM and automation, search and AI-visibility services, audits, and custom AI work. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines for paid engagements are set out at purchase or in a written proposal.
3. The AI Readiness Audit Credit
The AI Readiness Audit fee is credited in full toward a DoneWorks implementation engagement started within 30 days of audit delivery. The credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.
4. Payment
Fees are as listed on this website or in your proposal. Monthly services renew automatically until cancelled. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, monthly services may be cancelled with notice before the next billing cycle.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain rights to the content and accounts you give us access to, and use our services in compliance with applicable laws, including laws governing communications with your own customers.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the deliverables we build for your business (such as website content and reports), excluding our pre-existing tools, platforms, and know-how, which we license to you for use with the services.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is.” While we build for measurable results, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
