DoneWorks (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI-powered systems and services for small and medium businesses, including websites, AI receptionists, CRM and automation tools, and search/AI visibility services. We serve small and medium businesses nationwide. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use doneworks.ai or our services.

2. Information We Collect

• Information you provide: name, business name, email address, phone number, industry, and city — for example when you request a free AI Snapshot, purchase an AI Readiness Audit, or contact us.
• Service data: information generated while delivering services to your business, such as call summaries, website analytics, and report contents.
• Usage data: basic technical information about how you use our website, such as pages visited and device type.

3. How We Use Information

• Deliver the services you request, including your free AI Snapshot and AI Readiness Audit
• Communicate with you about your account, deliverables, and support requests
• Send follow-up communications you have opted into
• Improve and optimize our services
• Detect, prevent, and address security issues and abuse

4. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third-party providers to deliver our services — including CRM and marketing platforms, cloud infrastructure, payment processors, telephony providers, and SMS delivery providers. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf. We never sell your data.

5. SMS Communications and Consent

Opt-In

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from DoneWorks — whether through our website forms, chat widget, or during signup for a service — you consent to receive text messages from us. These may include account notifications, appointment confirmations, deliverable updates (such as your AI Snapshot), customer care messages, and, where you have separately agreed, marketing and promotional messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No Sharing of SMS Consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary for service providers (such as SMS delivery platforms) to send messages on our behalf.

Opt-Out and Help

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. 6. Data Security

We protect your information with industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest on enterprise-grade infrastructure, and access controls limiting who can view your data. You own your data and may request export or deletion at any time.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting hello@doneworks.ai. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and from SMS by replying STOP.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
